LadyFix has being in the pipeline for some time…

Whilst running Flirt (an Auckland monthly club night for lesbians) Sarah Lambourne had the privilege of meeting lots of amazing women.
Lesbians, who were doing great jobs, running great businesses or just doing interesting things.
Every time Sarah met a cool chick, she would think – I wish I could interview her!
So the seed for Ladyfix began to grow.

How did the name come about?
Get your daily LadyFix, popped into Sarah’s head one day…and voila! She was born..

About the Editor – Sarah

Sarah Lambourne is best known for her role as founder and organiser of Flirt – A women only club night which was a huge success in Auckland for 4.5 years.
However what many people don’t know is that Sarah’s day job was a project manager in the web development industry for many years.

“I would scour the internet constantly looking for great lesbian content, only to be constantly let down. I’ve been dreaming of an online magazine with New Zealand content for New Zealand women. No amount of dreaming was going to make it happen; I would have to create it myself”.

The website is still a while off however in the mean time the blog will provide news and content and the newsletter will keep people updated.
